Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across Nigeria, with primary coverage in Lagos, Abuja and major cities, and extended delivery to most states via trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (mainly for QC and packaging). 

• During launches, sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer but we will always aim to keep you informed.

Delivery Timeframes (within Nigeria)

Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

• Lagos & Abuja: 1–3 working days

• Other major cities: 3–5 working days

• Other states / hard-to-reach areas: 5–7 working days

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, logistics delays or public holidays.

Shipping Fees (Nigeria)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and courier option.

Any special rates such as free shipping thresholds or launch offers will be clearly communicated on our website and social platforms.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the stipulated attempts (e.g. customer unavailable, incorrect address), the parcel may be returned to us and a new delivery fee may apply for re-shipping.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability, rates and timelines will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes:

• Africa (neighbouring countries): 5–10 working days

• UK & Europe: 7–14 working days

• North America: 10–21 working days

• Other regions: timing varies by destination and courier

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs processing, local courier capacity and public holidays in the destination country.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country.

• These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

International Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight and courier.

• Some services may offer tracking and insurance; where available, this will be indicated at checkout.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Cocomaarie is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

• Order Tracking: Where tracking is available, details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

• Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at cocomaariertw@gmail.com with your order number. We will liaise with our courier partner and support you with the next steps.

• Shipping Fees & Returns: Original shipping fees are non-refundable if you decide to return your order, unless the return is due to an error on our side or a confirmed faulty item.
